He has 20 years of experience within power industry and since 2010 Key Expert within the ENGIE group. He has worked on various international projects such as the Al Dur power plant in Bahrain, Shuweihat II power plant in UAE, PP11 and Jubail Marafiq power plants in Saudi Arabia and Sohar II and Barka III power plants in Oman. He has also been involved in consulting work in Malaysia for Hyrax Oil. Other assignments include Shell, Nynas, Total, ABB, Alstom, CG Pauwels in Europe.

OverviewThe Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Supervising Licensed Asbestos Removal is a qualification that covers the practical skills and underpinning knowledge required by a supervisor in order to oversee the safe removal of licensed asbestos from a workplace.&nbsp;The objective of this qualification is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to ensure that the plan of work for removal of licensed asbestos is followed safely with the resources provided and completed to the work schedule and budget.&nbsp;Learners will be able to supervise the setting up and removal of enclosures, removal and safe disposal of licensed asbestos and co-ordinate and organise all of the activities on site required for licensed asbestos removal.&nbsp;The qualification consists of seven mandatory units and three option units. Demonstration of the IR vein detector for assisting in detection of difficult veins.

Point of Care Testing - use of glucose meter to demonstrate a typical POC test procedure. Correct use and overview of other POC test devices.
7 - Using lancets (finger collection)
We look at the correct use of lancets for POC testing and whole blood micro-collection.
8 - Using lancets (heel collection)
We look at the correct use of lancets for neonatal blood spot tests (Guthrie Test).
9 - Capillary collection
Using glass capillary tubes for micro-collection. Correct use and handling.
