Integrated care is about removing traditional divisions between services so people and communities get the support and care that they need. Health and care services in Norfolk and Waveney have been working together closely over the past few years to improve services and provide more joined up care for local people. In Norfolk and Waveney, we have already achieved a lot by working in partnership; this has been strengthened through our response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These changes have been made possible by different organisations – NHS hospitals, GPs, mental health and community health services, local councils, care homes and social workers, voluntary and community organisations and others – joining forces to agree and plan for local people’s needs. As a result of the new Health and Care Act, the Norfolk and Waveney ICS has legal status and includes a statutory Integrated Care Partnership (ICP), and a new Integrated Care Board (ICB) called NHS Norfolk and Waveney, which will replace the area’s clinical commissioning group (CCG). This is a new and exciting way of working, creating a genuine partnership that will make a positive difference to local people and help join up health and social care. This is the culmination of many years of effort to build partnership working across the NHS, local authorities, the third sector and patient groups. We’ve already made significant progress in Norfolk and Waveney over the last few years to improve care and provide more joined up services. The move to integrated care gives us the opportunity to work even more closely with our residents and communities. Working together in partnership we can really help improve the health and wellbeing of people in Norfolk and Waveney and support our brilliant front-line staff.

Our programme has been developed in consultation and collaboration with the sector. It is flexible, responds to need and is designed for museums of all sizes. We have been supporting the East of England museum sector since 2012 through funding by the Arts Council England. Our collaborative approach ensures we can respond to the regions’ needs as well as building an awareness of its excellence on a national level. During this time not only have we have invested in and brokered development opportunities to improve museums’ services and ensure sustainability; but also facilitated collaborative working partnerships. Anglian training work with customers across the East of England and beyond to help ensure that your organisation is as safe and effective as possible. We have a number of trainers who have a wealth of knowledge within their sector and provide interactive and bespoke training sessions suited to your requirements. Anglian Training and our trainers are registered to provide Chartered Institute for Environmental Health (CIEH), Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC), Mental Health England and IOSH accredited training programmes. Trainers are on hand not only on the day of training, but also afterwards to offer telephone support where needed. We have experience in delivering engaging training sessions to a number of sectors including in care, education, retail, manufacturing, agriculture and construction. East Anglian Air Ambulance has achieved some fantastic milestones over the past twenty years, none of which would have been possible without our supporters. Thank youFollowing an urgent fundraising appeal in May, EAAA is now able to permanently carry packed red blood cells and freeze-dried plasma on every mission. Blood transfusions ensure that the most gravely injured patients suffering a major bleed have the best chance of getting to hospital through increasing oxygen delivery and clot production. EAAA’s Blood on Board project has involved raising in excess of £90,000 and essential partnership working between two of the region’s hospitals, Addenbrooke’s and the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH), and two volunteer-driven blood biker charities, SERV Suffolk and Cambridgeshire and Norfolk Blood Bikes, to ensure a high-quality, daily supply of red blood cells to each of the EAAA operational bases.

MSM have over 350 retained clients, to whom the services we provide include acting as the ‘competent person’ in accordance with regulation 7 of The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, together with training courses unique to our company.
