Painting memories: creating a community memory garden Honour. Reflect. Connect. We warmly invite you to join a unique and heartfelt event at the Art and Spirituality Centre. This gathering offers a peaceful, supportive space for you to create personal tributes in honour of loved ones who have passed. Event Highlights: - 🌸 Begin with a guided calming meditation, connecting your heart to the memories of those you’ve lost. - 🎨 Paint stones to honour your loved ones, sharing their names, memories, or symbols. - 🌼 Together, we will create a Memory Garden in nearby Westfield Park, arranging your decorated stones and flowers to create a meaningful space. - 💬 Return to the studio for a sharing circle with stories, reflections, poetry, and a warm cup of tea. As members of the international community living far from home, many of us share the experience of losing loved ones without the chance to grieve in person. This event is dedicated to providing a space for our international community to reflect, remember, and honour the final moments shared with those dear to us. The Portable Appliance Testing course or PAT testing course as it is more commonly known is one of our most popular courses as it does not require you to have any formal previous qualifications and once completed, will enable you to offer your services. In the commercial setting, the law places a responsibility on all employers to ensure that the electrical equipment to be used by their staff and the public, should be fit for purpose and safe for use. Hence, all portable appliances have to be regularly checked and maintained by a competent person.

CS1 - (Medium Risk) Confined Space Entry And Entry Control - This course is designed to provide delegates that need to enter confined spaces with an in-depth understanding of the requirements of the law, associated regulations and safe systems of work. This course covers access, egress and safe working practices in confined spaces. This course is designed to provide delegates that intend to work as part of a confined space rescue team with an introduction to planning and executing casualty rescue procedures and the equipment which may be required. This is intended for delegates who already hold a high risk (full Breathing apparatus) qualification such as our CS2. Note: A pre-requisite qualification is required to complete this course.
