We are living extraordinary, unprecedented times, as Humans on Earth, as part of our ascension process. We are being continuously bombarded by new frequencies and intense energy inflows, causing our old structures to collapse at all levels and trying to navigate our way onto the other side, in the midst of purging, clearing, healing, learning, transforming and ultimately evolving back into oneness.
 
This is asking a lot of us and many of us have by now become tired and on the verge of losing hope, as this new reality may seem forever elusive and only belonging to the higher realms and dimensions, while we are facing challenge after challenge in our daily lives.
 
At the same time, its impossible to ignore the tremendous changes that our world has seen in an extremely short period of time and to recognise that, while we're now witnessing the chaos of dissolution, there will be an imminent new beginning that we are all being prepared for.

The good news is that we are now becoming ready to fully close down all the loose ends with the past and to step into this new cycle of life, reborn out of the flames of our own Spirit.

Making teams both creative and inclusive is fully explored and processes for maximising this examined. <p fr-original-style=" color: rgb(119, 119, 119);" style="color: rgb(119, 119, 119); font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box;">The Native American medicine wheel guides us through four quadrants of leadership, vision, community and management.Harrison Owen in his work on &lsquo;Open Space Technology&rsquo; depicts the ancient Medicine Wheel (Owen, 2003). This is derived from centuries of tradition among First Nation Americans and has informed many cultures in different ways. We have found this an extremely powerful metaphor for understanding the process of team and organisational change and renewal.</p>

<p fr-original-style=" color: rgb(119, 119, 119);" style="color: rgb(119, 119, 119); font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box;">The wheel of change begins in the north with a leading idea, for us &ndash; there is a better way of creating a team for inclusion. Travelling clockwise to the east we develop a shared vision of what this could look like in our setting, school or community. Then moving south we ask who needs to come with us on the journey. We wish to take as many community members along with us as we can. In an Early Years setting , this would mean enrolling the support of manager, the wider staff group, parents and ultimately children. Finally, at the west, we manage and implement the idea. We take action and turn the inclusive team into reality.</p>

<p fr-original-style=" color: rgb(119, 119, 119);" style="color: rgb(119, 119, 119); font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box;">The cycle of this medicine wheel is an excellent way to view change processes for any team, organisation or community. When we contemplate change, the risk is always that we will jump prematurely from the big ideas (leadership) to practice (management) and ignore the other two important phases of creating vision and engaging the wider community.</p>

<p fr-original-style=" color: rgb(119, 119, 119);" style="color: rgb(119, 119, 119); font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box;">When the going gets tough and the inclusion of a child or young person is beginning to seem extremely difficult if not impossible many will conclude that the child should no longer be present. We would like to challenge this. Why do we move so quickly to assuming the child is in the wrong place? Surely the real question should not be &lsquo;do they belong here?&rsquo; &ndash; but rather &ndash; &lsquo;what team support is needed here for this to work?&rsquo;</p>

<p fr-original-style=" color: rgb(119, 119, 119);" style="color: rgb(119, 119, 119); font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box;">Or even more fundamental, &lsquo;who needs a team around them at this time?&rsquo;
<br fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">Who needs the team? Who is struggling with the inclusion most?</p>

<p fr-original-style=" color: rgb(119, 119, 119);" style="color: rgb(119, 119, 119); font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box;">Is it the young person, their practitioner or teacher, their headteacher, setting manager, their parent or even a member of the local support services?</p>

<p fr-original-style=" color: rgb(119, 119, 119);" style="color: rgb(119, 119, 119); font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box;">Whatever the answer a team may need to be built, rallied or reformed. The nature of and number of that team will depend upon the situation. Diversity of membership will most surely be important to strengthen the quality of the support and of the ideas generated. Use radical rethinking when creating a new team or when revitalising an existing one.</p>

Louise Buckley  has worked in publishing for well over a decade. She was inspired to enter the publishing industry after completing an MA in Creative Writing and then spent a hugely enjoyable year working as a bookseller for Waterstones, wishing that she could have a hand in publishing books.
After a year working at Dorling Kindersley, she then spent almost five years working in the commercial fiction division at Pan Macmillan, where she published a mix of commercial bestsellers and award-winning authors.
Most recently, she was an Associate Literary Agent at Zeno Agency Ltd. As an agent she represented a roster of commercial and literary fiction, including Anne Griffin’s When All is Said, which spent five weeks at number one in Ireland and sold into 17 territories.
She is delighted to be working with Hannah at Hannah Sheppard Literary Agency.
Louise is looking for:-
Literary and upmarket fiction that focusses on the underdog, the repressed, the suppressed. Louise is especially interested in novels that represent working-class people or children going through difficult circumstances (think Shuggie Bain by Douglas Stuart, My Name is Leon by Kit de Waal or Boys Don’t Cry by FÍona Scarlett).
Irish literary and book club fiction. Think Claire Keegan, Louise Kennedy or Anne Griffin.
In commercial fiction she loves novels set during the Second World War, such as The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah, The Beekeeper of Aleppo by Christi Lefteri or The Midwife of Auschwitz by Anna Stuart. Louise recently read and loved The Last List of Mabel Beaumont by Laura Pearson and would love to see anything in the same ‘older person going on a journey’ category, a more recent The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry.
Louise had a lot of fun publishing a ‘pet fiction’ novel as an editor (Molly and the Cat Café) and would love to find an author who can write an Alfie the Doorstep Cat/Dog.
She has a soft spot for novels featuring time-travel or parallel universes, a ‘what if’ that plays around with conventions. At the literary end this would be books like Life After Life by Kate Atkinson, The Shining Girls by Lauren Beukes or This is How You Lose the Time War by Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone. At the more commercial end Louise loved Wrong Place, Wrong Time by Gillian McAllister, Dark Matter by Blake Crouch and Oona Out of Order by Martina Montimore. She also enjoys novels set in the real world but featuring a hefty dose of magic or the supernatural. They can be commercial or literary, present-day or historical. Think Rivers of London by Ben Aaronovitch, Threadneedle by Cari Thomas, A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness or The Gifts by Liz Hyder. And also cosy fantasy in the vein of Legends and Lattes or The House in the Cerulean Sea.
Cosy or humorous crime. Recently, Louise absolutely loved Over My Dead Body by Maz Evans. When she was an editor Louise published the hit Luckiest Girl Alive by Jessica Knoll and would love to represent incisive, intelligent suspense written by authors such as Jessica Knoll and Gillian Flynn, or something a little more subversive and blackly comic like My Sister, the Serial Killer by Oyinkan Braithwaite.
More generally, Louise would also love to see novels with a disabled protagonist or someone (like myself) who is living with an invisible disability. As an ex-primary school teacher, she also warmly welcomes submissions from teachers, especially if the submission falls into one of the other categories she has listed. Following-on from this, she enjoys reading stories that follow a ‘beating the system’ narrative.

These quick, effective techniques helped me rebuild my resilience, reclaim my sense of self and navigate challenges with renewed strength. What is The SHARE Project?
The SHARE Project is built on a simple principle: you need to put your own oxygen mask on first!  By nurturing yourself, you’re better equipped to support your children. Through our four-week, live online workshop series, delivered via Zoom, you’ll discover practical tools to bring more calm and happiness into your daily life.
Here’s what you can expect:
Weekly Workshops:  Each week, we’ll introduce and practice a new tool designed to fit seamlessly into your life (just a few minutes a day, I promise!). These are not your typical “luxury spa day” suggestions — because let’s face it, who has time for that?  Instead, you’ll learn sustainable, go-to strategies that you can use anytime, anywhere, to boost your wellbeing, even in the midst of chaos.  You will also receive a mid-week email of encouragement between workshops and printables to help record and track your progress.
Ongoing Support:  In each session, we’ll review your progress, fine-tune your approach, and introduce the next tool.  This isn’t just a one-off workshop; it’s a journey of growth and connection.
Community Connection: You’ll be part of a supportive group of fellow SEN parents and carers who understand the unique challenges you face.  Together, we’ll share experiences, uplift each other, and grow stronger.

For thrillers, send her anything set in an exotic location, high-concept, or things with a speculative twist. She loves when characters are put in situations she would never want to be in, and then they have to get out of it. Rachel Neely began her publishing career in 2016 at HarperCollins, before moving to Hachette where she worked as an editor for the next six years, specialising in crime and thrillers along with book club novels and contemporary fiction, most recently as a Commissioning Editor at Orion. 
Rachel joined Mushens Entertainment at the start of 2022 as an Associate Agent, assisting Juliet Mushens with her client list, including multiple Sunday Times and New York Times bestselling authors. Simultaneously she began signing her own clients.
