The organisation&#39;s courses and resources also promote self-care as a vital way for people to help protect their mental health and prevent issues from getting worse. &nbsp;As with all our courses at Mindmaps Wellbeing, your course will be delivered by a Registered Mental Health Nurse, MHFA England Instructor and Open University Associate Lecturer and Practice Tutor experienced in remote teaching.
