Our online classes enable you to learn how to lap dance for your partner, career change or just confidence building

Learn all the foundations of shoulder rolling to roll backwards and sideways on any floor with safety, ease and softness.

Special Edition 2 hour class learning choreo and dancing under a rain effect machine.  A professional videographer will capture our performances and everyone will get an edit.  You will absolutely get drenched, however if you’re desperate to keep hair dry (trust me I get it😂) we can have the machine turned off at the end and you can dance in the puddles lol Bring a towel! There are no showers. Just 2 small changing rooms and a toilet. Please arrive 15 mins early so that we are ready to go at 3!!

Floorwork Foundations I has been designed to lay out all the foundations of Floorwork - isolated moves, sequences, improv drills, transitions, acrobatics and much, much more!

Private lessons enable you to learn pole dance moves at a much faster pace and pick up on details that you may miss in a larger group class
