Liverpool Learning Partnership was established in 2012 to bring the “Liverpool family of schools” together to work collaboratively and further the progress made by our learners. We are a registered charity and our aim is to ensure that education is successfully coordinated to support all learners in the city. LLP works with 165 schools including maintained nursery schools, primary schools (including infant and junior settings), secondary schools and special schools. Our key priorities are set by the needs of the schools and we provide support through a range of activity including events, projects, training, resource creation and by facilitating collaborative networking opportunities. Collaboration is at the heart of LLP and we seek to bring an education perspective to major city initiatives. These include: the Liverpool Education Improvement Plan; The Families Programme; Active Promise; Mental Health Support Teams; the Liverpool Cultural Education Partnership. We work closely with School Improvement Liverpool, the Local Authority Children’s Services and local managerial associations (LPHA, LASH and ALSSH) to ensure that the learners in Liverpool are given every opportunity to achieve.

These workshops support the latest Ofsted research review on Religious Education. A detailed summary of this review will be made available to schools who make a booking with us! Faith Encounters workshop give your students an opportunity to: · Meet people who live out their faith in the local community · Ask questions in a relaxed and open small grouped environment. How it works… Pupils engage with up to three different faith representatives using a carousel system. Each representative uses personal artefacts to bring their faith to life. This workshop can be delivered to single classes or entire year groups. We can also re-create a homely, safe and secure encounter with a person of faith, using our new living room backdrops, together with our collection of homely faith artefacts contained in our faith suitcases. There is also the option of our new home rugs for pupil

Make CIC sits firmly at the heart of the city’s creative and maker scene, where we’ve worked to support artists, makers and small businesses since 2012. Growing from the Baltic Triangle, Make encompasses creative space in Elevator Studios – where we run a hub for small businesses and makers to grow and develop projects and ideas – with 18,000 square feet of maker space on Regent Street, amidst the growing cultural cluster of Liverpool’s north docks. Make is the culmination of nine years of research, planning and development from directors Kirsten Little and Liam Kelly. We combine, arts, textiles, education and mentoring backgrounds with our own experiences of running a business, to plug gaps in resources and provide support we struggled to find when we were setting up our own business. At the North Docks, we’re housed slap bang in the middle of the city’s spiritual engine room, where things have been made and fixed for hundreds of years. You can also find the best coffee in the city region at Make North Docks, with Caffé Riccardo based in our atrium. Our newest and third venture in Wirral’s Grade I listed Hamilton Square, Make Hamilton, is a creative community hub and makerspace with affordable workspace, a café and a meeting space, and – at the heart of it all – a community garden. Our two venues are open to members, residents and the public. We’re a place to work from, run workshops, events, and exhibitions; we’re a space for workers, makers, students and tutors; for artist’s talks and creative events; celebrations, launches, meetings and exhibitions. We have a strong sense of our place and pride in our work here in the Liverpool City Region. We believe in self-sufficiency and sustainability, and aim to remove barriers to people joining the economy by making things themselves, or starting their own business and becoming self-sufficient. We are a Brighton based dance school established since 1995. Dance Art Studio is a friendly, welcoming and supportive school in which people can learn dance. We specialise in an extensive range of classes for children, students and adults. We also cater for children who want a once a week lesson or those who wish to take up all the dance genres we offer to a professional level. We also run exciting holiday workshops in dance, drama, singing as well as performance opportunities. Classes are held in Brighton, in a number of venues around Preston Park and Fiveways. We are lucky to offer large, light and spacious venues to our pupils, with portable ballet barres and Harlequin flooring. St. Mary's Church Hall has free easy parking and is pram accessible. Classes for our younger children have waiting areas for parents and a kitchen with tea and coffee facilities.
