CubCare Baby Massage Cubs is a relaxed, friendly and very calming first class for your baby. Each 1.5 hour session will include baby massage and gentle stretching routines, some gentle postnatal movement, calming techniques and relaxation.

Our *NEW* Mini First Aid Baby Proofing class is our second class, designed for parents and carers of babies and children over 3 months. It can be taken after our 2 hour Baby and Child First Aid class, or in isolation for those parents who are starting their weaning journey, or have a baby on the move!

Wrigglers Baby Yoga Cubs is a colourful, bright and lively baby yoga based class suitable from approx. 3-4 months until crawling. A unique class, perfect for baby AND grown up – both are equally important! Each class centres around baby yoga routines, helping baby to improve co-ordination to aid their physical development, body awareness and brain development.

This one is for all you new parents out there! So you’ve mastered breastfeeding or bottle feeding, but now you want to know when and how to introduce solid foods. We've got you covered with these upcoming Weaning Workshops led by amazing nutritionist and long-term friend of the Coexist Kitchen, Cori Flynn. 🍼🥣 Cori will guide you through the exciting world of weaning, combining baby-led and spoon-fed approaches. Plus, she'll have a trained specialist on hand to share some essential baby first aid tips to boost your confidence with thicker textures and food pieces. Safety first! 😊 But wait, there's more! We'll also prepare a delicious, seasonal lunch together and sit down to enjoy it with you and your little one (if they're ready for solids).

You can start your baby’s swimming journey as soon as you feel ready to visit a warm swimming pool. We have had babies taking their first swim at only four weeks old. The sooner you start swimming lessons for your baby the better their understanding and confidence in the water will be. Your baby’s first experience in a structured swimming lesson is a wonderful and gentle introduction to water sensory techniques. We will teach you how to be comfortable and confident holding, moving, floating and playing with your baby in the pool.

The 2-hour Baby & Child First Aid class covers CPR, Choking, Bumps, Burns, Breaks, Bleeding, Febrile Seizures and Meningitis & Sepsis Awareness and will give everyone who attends the peace of mind they deserve.

This radical way of building empathy is inspired by the work of the ‘Roots of Empathy’ organisation in Canada. Roots of Empathy (ROE) is dedicated to building caring and peaceful societies through the development of empathy in children. It is a parenting education programme for elementary school students (between the ages of 3 to 14 years) based on monthly visits to the classroom by a parent and infant from the school neighbourhood. The baby project program brings about the development of empathy and emotional literacy: 1. As children learn to take the perspective of others they are less likely to hurt through bullying, exclusion, aggression, and violence. 2. Children learn how to challenge cruelty and injustice in their own classroom. 3. Messages of social inclusion and activities that are consensus-building contribute to a culture of caring that changes the tone of the classroom. 4.
