She provides evidence-based CBT treatments for anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, phobias, and other mental health problems. With accreditations from the BPS and BABCP, she offers a collaborative and safe environment to help clients build resilience and manage their emotions. She describes her passion as "enabling children and adults to maximize their potential by working collaboratively to meet their treatment goals by using a combination of symptom reduction protocols in addition to Positive Psychology." In addition to providing private therapy services, she supervises CBT Therapists working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings including the NHS; Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS); schools; and private practices.
