Silver Clay Jewellery Retreat in The Shropshire Hills - One to One - 5 Days & 5 Nights

This workshop is open to beginners as well as intermediate-level students, so you can take your time and learn at your own pace. You'll be guided through all the steps of making jewellery from scratch, so you'll leave feeling confident in your skills whatever level you work at. The week is designed around you and you needs and aims. We'll have everything on hand that you need, including the silver clay and tools. We even provide the accommodation and endless tea and coffee to keep you refreshed throughout the retreat. The week will be an immersive experience that helps you feel like part of our family here at Gifted Crafts.
If you're an intermediate silver clay artist and want to take your skills to the next level, Advanced Silver Jewellery Workshop is for you. In this workshop, you'll learn how to make rings, filigree, and mirror-polished pieces with advanced techniques. You'll leave with a set of quality products that will show your true talent as an artist. And best of all? You'll be able to use these skills on more complex projects later on!

Explore the rich textures and colours that come from this classic form of printing and get inspired by classic design styles. Find out how to laser cut and engrave with Gifted Crafts Co. We’ve been lasering for 12 years now and have the experience to show for it. We use both kit style laser engravers and professional CO2 laser cutters throughout our workshop, so you can try lots of materials and techniques in both 2D and 3D. Our one-to-one sessions are designed to help you get started on your own projects, even if you don’t know anything about lasering. We’ll teach you the software, cover what materials work best for different techniques, and give you ideas for things to try out at home or in your studio.

Join us for a fun and informative workshop that will teach you everything you need to know about conditioning the clay, texturing, cutting, shaping the clay, forming and moulding. You'll create a range of finished jewellery pieces that you can take home with you afterwards.
