Anna Kosa is a London based abstract expressionist artist with a background in BA Design & MSc Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. She is passionate about creating positive mental health enhancing original fine art paintings, interior pieces and delivers Positive Psychology Infused Abstract Art Workshops to individuals, groups and corporate clients. Designed to relax the mind, help cultivate positive emotions, mood states stimulating the creative side of the brain and help individuals to reconnect with their creativity and improve their chosen areas of self development. This effect reduces cortisol that is created by stress & elevates dopamine levels improving creative problem solving. She is inspired by Positive Psychology concepts such as Post Traumatic Growth, Broaden & Build theory informed by colour psychology. Her inspiration for colours come from the nature. The layering is informed by the complex nature of human beings. She has most recently attended O.Z.O.R.A. international music festival in Hungary, delivering her signature Positive Psychology Infused Art Workshops 'Paint with Intention' and 'Kids Painting Club'. Her work has very recently featured in British Vogue, London Life & Tatler. She is also part of The World of Interiors spring campaign in their March, April & May issue 2021. She is currently a self represented artist.

Welcome to Cademy. I'm Chris Carter. I love exploring the world with pen and brush whether it be by land, sea or air! Here on Cademy, I present tips and techniques I've learned over a lifetime of sketching, drawing and painting. My classes are designed with two purposes in mind: to present tips and techniques that help you learn new skills and master current skills; and as quick reference for those of you who have attended one of my live workshops. I create large, abstract watercolours and oil paintings in my studio.  I travel more than half the year, painting and teaching live workshops mainly in the UK, Paris, California and Maryland. While traveling, I work realistically, mostly in sketchbooks.  Even when at home I make sure to sketch dailyt from reality to keep my eye, hand and brain coordination well-honed. Our school supports students in developing creative confidence and finding courage through a range of icon painting courses and workshops open to students at all levels. Edinburgh School of Icon Painting was founded in September 2013. It is a small school based in the artist hub St. Margaret's House. The school mission is to teach icon painting (writing) to people of all different backgrounds but at the same time maintaining the ethos and essence of it's spirituality. Introducing this unique form of art to students of the school I introduce a way of practising art which is different the other forms of art and it is said to be more then just art. Students learn egg tempera technique which has been used in art for centuries and it is one of the most lasting painting techniques. There are still reasonably well preserved icons from VI Century. Egg tempera involves preparing own paints using egg yolk and dry pigments. Through the whole process of work we try to limit synthetic materials. Using organic materials helps to develop a connection with nature and in consequence with the Divine. Basia Mindewicz - founder and teacher. Born in 1978. Hi, my name is Stefanie, I am the owner and founder of Art & Craft at Stefanie's and ArtLand ( The club)   This is an Art club for kids ages 5 to 12. I host weekly in-person and online classes for children ages 5 to 12.   We explore different art techniques and media, through engaging art projects in the form of LIVE classes, Step by step Videos, mini-courses, etc where the kids can freely explore, mix and match all different art media, discovering new ways, and even inventing some of their own. Creating work that is unique to them, without fearing they are doing wrong because they do it differently.   The constant in my classes: every “mistake” or splotch can be transformed into something beautiful, useful, different. Each art project is based on a different topic: ART HISTORY, ARTIST, ANIMALS, WORLD'S LANDMARK, etc. and is designed so the kids learn a bit about the topic before working on their masterpiece. The use, mix, and match of different media and techniques allow the kids to become as familiar and skillful as possible with all the art materials, feel confident enough to use them as their voice. It also encourages them to see their uniqueness as individuals through the uniqueness of their work and celebrate it.
