At Coach Academic we provide coaching and development for staff and students in
higher education, driving outstanding performance in higher education worldwide.
Coaching and development is delivered by highly experienced academics and
coaches. We specialise in coaching staff and students in higher education to
develop your best performance and work towards your ultimate goals. We develop
staff in academic and professional service roles, and offer bespoke academic
coaching packages as required. Students can access group coaching, or bespoke
coaching which is tailored to the individual. We offer specialised professional
development for people who identify with any of the minoritised groups to
support the development of leaders and influencers from less-heard voices in
higher education, particularly in leadership roles: women, LGBTQ+, with
disabilities, age, faith, and non-traditional backgrounds working in higher
education.
Coach Academic is the only coaching and professional development company focused
solely on higher education, using highly experienced academic professionals to
support you to whatever goal you aspire to. All workshops are online, so aca and
students worldwide can access all of our services.
