Beginners' Tai Chi classes suitable for all those wishing to improve their co-ordination, balance and flexibility.
To participate in this class you need to know 1st part of sequence. On that class you will learn or develop 2nd and 3rd part, Advanced Pushing Hands, Tai Chi Ball and martial applications.
Each Friday night we hold a space for relaxation, release and rejuvenation during this 60 minute gong bath.
