More and more organisations are recognising the importance of psychological safety in their workplace. This course covers the underpinning knowledge needed to promote and build a psychologically safe workplace where colleagues feel empowered, fearless and able to speak up, excel and encourage performance improvements within the organisation. This 4 hour course is suitable for anyone with a professional or personal intrest in psychological safety. Learners must be aged 18 years or over to enrol on this course.
This coaching programme is for aspiring women leaders in higher education, delivered in real time, fully online. Five workshops have been designed to support you in a group environment to work actively towards realising your professional goals, whatever they may look like, focused on leadership at all levels in higher education.
