More and more organisations are recognising the importance of psychological safety in their workplace.
This course covers the underpinning knowledge needed to promote and build a psychologically safe workplace where colleagues feel empowered, fearless and able to speak up, excel and encourage performance improvements within the organisation.
This 4 hour course is suitable for anyone with a professional or personal intrest in psychological safety. Learners must be aged 18 years or over to enrol on this course.
