Constant Training

Founded in 1998 by Joe Constance, Constant Training provides fun, highly interactive and fast past programs for organizations of all types and sizes. Joe Constance has owned and operated eleven different companies where he gained significant managerial and hands-on experience. His combination of sales, managerial, and training experience provides the foundation for Constant Training's intense customer focus. Biography - Joe Constance Joe is a lifelong resident of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan with the exception of 2 years where he lived in Minneapolis and worked for an international training company as an area manager and instructor. He has owned eleven different businesses and has had up to 200 employees. Joe has had plenty of success as well as many failures. He facilitates workshops in a fun, relaxed and interactive way. He has his Masters Degree with a focus in adult education from Northern Michigan University and currently resides in Marquette MI with his wife, Ann.
