CCUK offers advice to organisations keen to develop their emergency preparedness, resilience, command arrangements and incident response, including exercising & testing plans. We specialise in developing and delivering bespoke command and critical decision making training packages for management & staff. CCUK has access to specially selected independent consultants all of whom are national experts in their fields of speciality, to develop and deliver the right package for the client. CCUK is based in South-East England, but has experience of delivering training and consultancy advice nationally across the UK, as well as internationally. Who we are Grenville Wilson, the lead associate and co-director of Command Concepts (UK) Ltd, served for 30 years as a Police Officer with Sussex Police. His last role was Chief Superintendent in charge of the College of Policing’s Public Order and Public Safety strategic command training, together with being the College’s lead in coordinating & delivering the Multi-Agency Gold Incident Command training for all Category One responders to civil emergencies. This includes the strategic command role for coordinating multi-agency response and recovery work across the full range of Civil Emergency situations, including mass casualty events, terrorism, transport disasters and demand challenges, such as brought about by pandemics and cyber attacks.
