Welcome to Central Wellness. We are a fully equipped yoga studio and wellness event centre providing a caring, community environment where everyone can learn, teach and practice different elements of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and other wellbeing practices, talks and events. We host community events with a wide range of mindful based activities such as sound healing, informative wellbeing talks and musical evenings. We offer a space to bring together community events.
