Tony discovered the benefits of yoga whilst pursuing a successful career in the public sector. Having been deskbound for almost 25 years, Tony has taken the opportunity to free himself from the shackles of government service and develop a business sharing something he loves with the community. He has been practicing yoga regularly for 15 years and has attended classes at Sheffield and District Iyengar Yoga Association He has a BSc in natural science, and is fully qualified and insured with the British Wheel of Yoga.
