I have a strong, heart-felt commitment to inspiring others to find health and happiness through the combination of ancient and holistic practices which have brought many positive benefits to my own life. Over the last twenty years whilst working in the wellness industry, predominantly as a Holistic Therapist/ Trainer and Business owner, I practiced, studied and taught many complimentary therapies including reiki and massage before following my heart to become a full time yoga and meditation teacher.
