Behindbras Fashion Academy

We support women in prison into meaningful employment in the fashion, retail and the creative industries. How? ​ We connect women with people and organisations in the fashion and creative industries to help them secure meaningful employment (such as full/part-time work, placements and apprenticeships). Who is BehindBras? We are a group of passionate people who care about what happens to women who leave prison. Our founder Barbara Burton inspired us to take a look at the grim statistics and devastating stories about women in prison and motivated us to help support her plan to give women more - not less - opportunities when they leave prison.
