By educating and teaching simple tools and techniques to your workforce it will enable and give them confidence to talk openly about their mental health. This in turn will reduce the stigma associated with mental ill health, decrease both absenteeism and presenteeism and enable people to be more productive and thrive at work. With over 15 years of experience in training, coaching and business management I understand the need for training to show a return on investment. I have enjoyed working with a variety of people and within a number of successful teams to achieve tangible business outcomes. Often described as enthusiastic and motivational, I can adapt my personality and communication to encourage the best out of people. Being accredited as a Licensed Practitioner in the personality profiling tool Insights Discovery, I understand the need to flex my style according to individual needs and also use this knowledge to help managers improve team effectiveness.
