Badenoch Heritage

Badenoch Heritage (SCIO) was originally formed as a community group in 2013 to capitalise on the area’s historic attractions and find new ways of promoting tourism through cultural heritage. It is registered as a Scottish Charity (SC049818), with the aim of benefiting the five communities in Badenoch through the following key purposes: To advance citizenship or community development, including rural regeneration. To advance the provision of educational opportunities within the community, increasing the awareness of the environment, culture, heritage and history. To advance environmental protection or improvement including the preservation of buildings or sites of architectural, historic, cultural or other importance to the Community.
