Description

Are you a stressed, anxious, exhausted SEN/EBSA parent or carer, running on empty, with no time to shout "HELP!" let alone step off the hamster wheel to rest, relax or recharge?

Parenting neurodivergent and/or school avoidant young people comes with a unique set of challenges and, if you're finding yourself lurching from managing meltdowns to fighting for support or feeling isolated or judged because people don't understand, I GET IT!

I've been there and got the T-shirt and (thankfully!) discovered quick and simple self-help coping strategies and relaxation tools that have helped me to navigate our family's journey with more calmness, inner peace and clarity of mind and have ultimately helped me to feel more relaxed, rebuild my resilience and reclaim my spark!

I've created The SHARE Project to help you to do the same!

The ethos of THE SHARE Project is that we need to put our own oxygen mask on first so that we can best support our kids and my aim is that the tools you will learn during our time together will become your oxygen mask, not only for use in case of emergency, but as a sustainable part of your ongoing self-care and wellbeing.

During each of four, weekly, live online workshops, delivered over Zoom, you will learn and practise a new tool to implement daily over the coming week (just a few minutes at a time, I promise)!

Then, during the following week's workshop we will review progress, make tweaks and then learn and practise the next tool...

There'll be no suggestions of long and luxurious spa days and fluffy robes because most of us don't have the time to do that very often and, frankly, the benefits disappear almost as soon as you can say you've driven home... My purpose is to give you sustainable tools to use anytime and anywhere to help yourself cope better and feel happier, regardless of what's going on a round you!

Each group session gives you the opportunity to connect with other SEN parents or carers experiencing similar challenges.

If you have any questions, please ask and I will be happy to help :)
