I absolutely love Alisha’s online classes. The theme’s are aligned with the season or calendar event and alongside a perfectly planned playlist to create the perfect environment at home. There are lots of variety in the classes and they are suitable for all abilities. Alisha is an excellent teacher and so lovely. Highly recommended 🙏❤️

I had my first class with Alisha last night, which was free as it was my first time. I absolutely loved it 😍 I loved Alisha's tone and the debit of her voice when it comes to instructing us on poses. It is really important to me as I got to close my eye most of the time it and it was incredibly relaxing!
