Great Gym, easy and spacious parking, friendly Staff. Not a 5 as some of the equipment needs maintenance or replacing

I've only been a member for two weeks but very impressed so far. Plenty of equipment to choose from, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the 24 hour access is a huge plus.

Decent set up lots to offer for the various levels of exercise and lots of classes to choose from. 24/7 option aswell which does come in handy.

Good range of classes, either morning or evening. Just done a kettle bell class, really worked hard but enjoyed it

Words cannot actually explain how much I love this place and how much it has changed both my physical and mental health. I usually hate gyms, I do not like walking in and feeling like I am judged constantly by serial gym-goers with unreal bodies like The Hulk.
