  • Wonderful classes, Zoe classes are relaxed, fun and amazing for undoing the tension that creeps in during the week. There are elements of flow but with variation each week with a real focus of undoing, being playful and kind to your body. I have done Yoga for many years and there are always new moves as her practice develops, through her love for Yoga. I love how relaxed and set up for the weekend I feel after her class. Outside is special but also really enjoy the online classes.

  • Zoe's yoga classes are the perfect combination of yoga and mindfulness meditation. She tunes in to everyone who attends her class, and connects with individual physical conditions. I started attending regular classes after I developed a herniated lumber disc which was putting pressure on my sciatic nerve. Slowly with regular classes it healed and I am now fully recovered. I can't recommend Zoe more highly. She is very knowledgeable about the body, and her classes are a pleasure to attend.

Even my mum, who is severely dyspraxic, elderly and has never done yoga loved it. Zoe is playful and wise in her yogic practices. It is alway...

  • Zoe is a very knowledgable yoga teacher, she builds a class by giving detail about each posture, and approaches her practice with careful thought and intuition. She is always mindful of an individual's own limitations and physical ability, reminding us that it's not about how high you stretch your leg or how low you bend your body, it's about being mindfully and peacefully in the moment.
