About Zippys Gymnastics Academy
Sessions for all age groups last 45 minutes and consist of - a warm up using music and/or games, - floor activities consisting of role play, storytelling, action rhymes and a variety of hand apparatus - supported climbing, jumping, balance, rolling and swinging skills on a variety of large apparatus - cooldown using song, hand apparatus and/or parachute.
