Zestfit is amazing. After spending years trying gyms and classes, I finally found somewhere different. It has improved my physical and mental health to somewhere I didn’t think it would ever be. It a motivational place with a great mix of classes 7 days a week and and a range of times to find one that suits you. Very friendly, no judgment and always given options for any level or injury. Great group of trainers for both classes and personal training. You won’t find ANYWHERE like this.

If I could give higher than 5 stars I would! Quite simply, the best fitness facility I have EVER been to. For years, finding somewhere that I felt comfortable exercising was simply not happening. I've been doing Zestfit classes on and off since they were at Pure Fitness. You can expect a great atmosphere in their classes, wonderful trainers, awesome music, brilliant nightclub style lighting... and an encouraging environment where you're encouraged to do your best regardless of whether you are the fittest person in the world, or a couch potato trying to get in shape. Would recommend to anyone looking to keep fit in a fun and enjoyable environment.

The classes are awesome and suitable for all abilities, I highly recommend this gym for personal training too. The atmosphere is friendly and inclusive, the trainers are welcoming, supportive and really passionate about what they do. They've helped me kickstart my fitness journey and now I'm hooked!
