What sets this gym apart from any other is the staff. I've never been to a more friendly and helpfully staffed gym. I never know what to do but they are always on hand to ask questions and help out with new exercises/advice. The gym has got all the equipment and space you could ever need plus it's own boxing ring, a giant climbing frame (rig), lockers/showers/changing rooms and is very clean and tidy.

Top class gym - all vital weight resistance equipment, modern cardio machines and boxing ring + area too.

Nice gym, plenty of equipment and friendly staff, one improvement would be to make it 24 hours, definitely think this would be of benefit to a lot of users.

Overall a good fitness facility cabilible of providing and facilitating all your fitness needs. Can do with a better and updated shower room area and changing rooms. The changing rooms need better ventilation. The rest of the facility is very clean and tidy, good working culture and excellent customer service.
