Hello and welcome! I’m Laura Chandler, a perimenopausal woman in my mid 40s, dog obsessed (mum to two beautiful Labradors) and a lover of all things countryside based (mostly local pubs!) I’m lucky enough to have a career that blurs with my passion and curiosity for how the body and mind work and a desire to transform people’s lives. I run ZenergyActive, a Pilates and barre fitness business specialising in the health of women who are entering peri menopause through to post menopause (gents, trans and non-binary all welcome!) I’ve recently launched Menopause 360° an online, video-based course helping my clients to understand the symptoms, science and solutions to help them manage this incredibly stressful stage of life with clarity and confidence.
