Best Rugby Club in the Valleys and in the WRU Championship too! Friendly atmosphere. Free bands every weekend. Good selection of Beers,Ciders and Spirits. The most expensive pint is only £3.50. Far too hot. Needs aircon or even open the windows and make people smoke around the side of the building as that seems to be the issue as to why they won't open the windows.

Great venue for training, £35/day when it's not open (2022 rates) plenty of space for small/medium groups to meet up.

I play in a band called ZION ROAD. We played ystrad rfc on easter sunday. Great welcome great venue and a great sound man Mark Evans. Highly recommended!!
