  • Due to wear and tear I have very bad arthritis is my ankle. I went to see yuliana and she said she could help me to get more movement and less pain. She took me through an exercise routine that lasted an hour and when I left my ankle felt looser. I have been doing these exercises every day since and its definitely improving and I will go and see her again soon.
