  • I am a lazy rather flabby 68 year old guy and Stewart took on the challenge of getting my fitness levels up which I feel he has done admirably. He is very personable and intuitive and I believe adapts his training programmes to each individual client -which in my case was just right. He pushes you when he feels you need it (and can do it) but he also knows when to dial it back a bit. I highly recommend you give Stewart a go; it will be worth it.

  • I really enjoyed my personal training sessions with Stewart. We focused mainly on strength training and he made me work hard, but was very encouraging. He varied the sessions, with different equipment and exercises. I definitely noticed an improvement in my muscle tone and fitness levels. I can’t recommend Stewart highly enough.
