  • Before I met Joe I wouldn’t have stepped out of my comfort zone to train. With Joes help and guidance I can finally say I have that desire to train. Joe won’t only be your personal trainer but he will become a really good friend. He will make plans to suit your goals and you will always leave feeling glad you trained! fantastic personal trainer you won’t get better!! Highly recommend :)

  • Joe always make you feel comfortable and at ease during the sessions so you're not feeling self conscious when working out and are happy to come back again! Joe is always there to answer any questions or give much needed advice. You get a nutritional plan that changes whenever you need it to and start to plateau. Joe is happy to give you as many workout plans that you need and updates them whenever you get bored or decide to work on another part of your body/fitness.

He's always giving me advice and tips along the way and will always go the extra mile to find something if he is unsure himself but there isn't a lot he doesn't know!
