Alexandra is one of the nicest persons I have met and a wonderful therapist. She is very friendly and spiritual and her calmness is contagious. I had gone to 'You Happy First' (aptly named) about an year ago for a neck and shoulder problem I had due to my posture at work and more than 80% of the pain was reduced in the first two visits. Very affordable rates and I would highly recommend this place for any of the services that they offer. Absolute top class quality.
