  • I attended the Pregnant Yoga sessions for a 6 week block, whilst I was 23-28 weeks pregnant. I found the sessions really helpful, both from a relaxation perspective and also from a comfort and learning perspective. We covered lots of different stretches to help with different discomforts during pregnancy, and practiced positions for optimal foetal positioning and birthing.   • I attended baby massage with my almost 3 month old and I received a very warm welcome to the class. Veronica is very friendly, attentive and supportive. As a mum of 2 she understands the challenges of life with little ones and instantly makes you feel relaxed.   • We did the hypnobirthing course with Veronica after I started pregnancy yoga - both have been amazing. The hypnobirthing sessions were extremely relaxed, informative and inclusive for birth partners as well as pregnant mums.
