Laura puts in a lot of work to make each class fun, new and enjoyable, but also offers the chance challenge yourself if capable!   • I have been practicing yoga with Laura for nearly 2 years now, and I feel so relaxed and at ease with her manner and the way that she teaches. She makes the yoga classes interesting and fun and doesn't expect us to do any more than we feel that we can do.   • Laura is a fantastic yoga teacher. I started yoga entirely online during lockdown - and Laura adapted the class skilfully to the virtual environment, doing a great job of demonstrating poses and techniques, and encouraging people in the class like me, who had never practiced yoga before.   • Laura is a brilliant yoga teacher and her lessons are a real joy to do! Her classes have the perfect balance of calm and focus, alongside a relaxed atmosphere and a real 'no pressure' approach to yoga. As well as a great work out, I would come away from the class much calmer and normally having laughed a lot too! Laura is a kind, inspiring and caring teacher who helps her students develop at their own pace and makes sure the classes are fun alongside everything else.

  • By far the best yoga instructor I have had. You always feel welcomed into the class with Laura's amazing, positive energy! The classes are incredibly thought-out with great, ongoing themes that continue throughout the practice/course. She is very knowledgeable and always offers alternative movements if you are wanting a more relaxing session or you feel like pushing yourself. Her classes have been a real blessing and I always leave feeling refreshed and energised - couldn't recommend more!
