Yoga @ Wellbeing With Rachel

Rachel is, by far, the best yoga teacher in the local area. My wife and I attended her first class (some years back now), having been on the lookout for a good yoga practice for some years prior. Having found Rachel, we have not needed to look elsewhere. I also got Rachel into the school I teach at to deliver a session to the pupils, which also went down a storm. If there was a sixth star, I'd use it!
