  • I LOVE my Pilates class. I look forward to the class every week. I am often tired and stressed when I get to the class after working all day and I feel absolutely wonderful when I have finished. Amanda is an amazing instructor and I can really feel how much stronger I have become. I like being challenged and Amanda’s class does that.

  • Amanda's Pilates Classes are great! I highly recommend for someone who is just starting Pilates or has been practicing for a while as Amanda really caters the workouts to your individual needs. The classes have a calm, light-hearted and welcoming atmosphere.

  • I highly recommend Amanda’s Pilates classes, they are set at the right pace for a meaningful workout but not too strenuous. Amanda gives different options depending upon ability and advises anyone independently who may have medical issues. In the past at other classes, I have found I get bored with the same routine but Amanda varies the workout. To top it all Amanda is such a lovely teacher, welcoming, knowledgeable and encouraging. I look forward to my Pilates class, thank you Claire

  • I attended my first ever Pilates class today ! I enjoyed every moment, Amanda and the group made me feel very welcome. Amanda explained all the pilate moves to me and adjusted them to my ability. I enjoyed it so much came home and signed up for the next course when this one finishes. Can't wait for next Friday. Thank you Amanda.

  • I recently returned to Amanda’s Pilates classes after a 2 year break and it is so great to be back. Amanda is an excellent teacher with an amazing memory for individual adjustments to the exercises as needed. No pressure to ‘keep up’ just do what you’re comfortable with!
