About Yoga-Durham
Apart from holding a BWY Yoga Teachers Diploma, I hold a level two diploma in Thai Yoga Massage, accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists. I have also trained in and studied Myofascial Release techniques. I no longer offer massage but the training continues to inform my yoga teaching. On this website you will find details regarding Durham Yoga Group with which I am involved. From January 2013 Durham Yoga Group has been holding regular monthly yoga sessions on Saturday mornings, formerly at at Witton Gilbert, we moved to Belmont Parish Hall near Durham City in March 2022. Our intention is to promote yoga in the Durham area. The programme is organised to widen the group’s understanding of yoga by introducing teachers from different yoga backgrounds.
