When I was booked in to complete my peadiatric first aid training with Claire, I was extremely nervous. I needn't have worried. Claire is a fantastic trainer, and delivers exceptional content in a fun and informative way. Working in small groups on resuscitation is a brilliant idea. Lots of practical work and discussions is a great teaching technique. Claire makes you feel so comfortable and confident to join in with discussions and questions (if you want to). I’d give more than five stars if I could, brilliant trainer made the learning experience enjoyable, engaging and memorable. The trainer took covid regulations very seriously with lots of precautions in place. I’m interested in more courses provided by xcite!

I have social anxiety and was attending this course alone and felt relaxed and confident enough to speak in front of everyone. Claire was excellent and some of her teaching techniques are great. I think I'll retain more from this course than others I've done. And thank you for looking after me when I was having dizzy spells!
