Excellent trainer. Refreshed on CPR and defibrillator training. Louise was very clear and straight forward in her style and she delivered an enjoyable and informative 1.5 hr course. I left feeling a lot more more confident to help in an emergency.

Louise came to our Physiotherapy Clinic to teach our mandatory first aid and CPR training. As always she makes everything extremely clear, practical and up to date. We were able to make our 3 hour session specific to our needs as well as comprehensively covering the basics. I have no hesitation in recommending her, she is an excellent trainer.

Louise is a brilliant trainer, I came back for a second time after having such a good experience three years ago. Louise makes not only the boring theory seem fun but incorporates lots of scenarios and practical situations into your day which I love. If you’re looking for an outdoor/forest school first aid trainer, Louise is the one! I definitely come away feeling confident in myself that I could perform first aid on someone in need.
