Anne is a brilliant, extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable PT. She helped me post partum get back into shape despite my split tummy muscles ensuring i was helping repair and not making it worse. Anne is such a lovely person and makes it easy to train. I hate exercise and have never done anything like this before but really enjoy her 1 hour class. Goes very quickly and results are showing and feel better than I have for a long time. Would definitely recommend !!
