Work Works Training Solutions was founded by individuals who have worked their way up the career ladder achieving the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed to build a sustainable and successful company. We understand the barriers, challenges, and difficulties unemployed individuals are faced with on a day-to-day basis. Therefore, we feel we are in an excellent position to provide a bespoke service and believe this is our duty. Our core aims are to deliver employment-focused programmes designed to create tangible avenues for those who desire to get back into the workforce and provide them with a strong sense of empowerment. We pride ourselves on strongly engaging and communicating with our Clients, identifying strengths and weaknesses in order to assist them better to help them secure sustainable employment. We have exceptional relationships with our partners, including the Job Centre Plus who provides us with Clients eager to get back into the workforce. We work with a wide range of industries including retail and customer service, hospitality & catering and warehouse & logistics. Our free in-house training saves our Employer Partners both time and money. This, in turn, helps with staff retention and turnover, therefore facilitates and maintains great relationships with our Employers.
