This gym has been established for years, very friendly place with a great selection of equipment.

Great gym; good range of equipment for weight training, cardio and boxing. Everyone is made to feel welcome with the friendly atmosphere in the gym. Tony, the owner is really helpful and for £24 a month it's hard to find a better gym.

What can I say about this place! Apart from I love it! Great kit! Even better staff and the on the edge banter is just what you need for an early bird sesh 👍
