I have been attending Aquafit sessions with Carole for many years. It is a great way to exercise; the warm water keeps the muscles/joints supple.

Very professional yet fun swimming lessons for all levels. My children look forward to their lessons and their swimming has visibly improved in the few months they have been going to Woodcote swimming club. Would highly recommend.
