Absolute complete waste of time. Wanted to book a 5 lessons for a birthday surprise. Called and spoke to someone on the Friday who told me that I would receive a txt message with a link to pay on the Monday, that didn’t happen, so called again, was told it would be taken care of. Tuesday came so in called again, spoke to a guy and explained the situation and advised that I would be leaving the country this afternoon, so really need to sort out payment today.
