Awful service from start to finish. Provided a saddle that did not fit and refused to make amendments. Was offered a full refund but this took weeks and weeks to materialise. Jason threatened to not provide a refund if we kept “hounding him” despite missing promised payments dates. Overall incompetent, unprofessional and dishonest. Also had the phone hung up on me by John. Avoid at all costs. All in all a very stressful experience.
