  • I first went to see Kyle 10 weeks ago.I have a difficult knee injury and was advised by my surgeon to build up some strength before my operation. Kyle has been an amazing personal trainer. He is friendly, enthusiastic and very motivating. It has also been fun! Kyle also has a lot of knowledge on the nutritional side of things and I have learnt a lot.
